TERMINAL : How to set the terminal's bg to "black" and text to "white"
PERMANENTLY via command-line?

I would like to permanently set the terminal's bg to
#000000
and the text to
#ffffff
but this needs to be done via command line. not gui.
because i run a script after i re-install centos.
