Test after registration first step
I would like to know how to create a questionnaire after my registration
first step. For example:
1. Age
.. 16-18
.. 18-24
.. 24-32
etc.
2. Weight
.. 50-60 kg
.. 60-70 kg
.. 70-80 kg
etc.
This questionnaire is to collect all information which is checked and at
the end it collects all checked information and shows user level or
status. Thanks.
